Connecting New & Returning Vermonters

to Community Hosts & Resources

We seek to complement the efforts in the state to close the talent gap in Vermont by helping retain new, newly returning, and existing Vermonters in the state by assisting them to get connected (or more deeply connected) to community. Our goal is for people to connect to their new community and “figure out” Vermont as deeply and quickly as best serves them.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS ARE SAYING

My wife and I came to Vermont from North Carolina not knowing a soul in our new state. 

With a 3-year old child as well, we were eager to meet other folks like us, but had no idea

where to start.  Tim and his wife from VWWP reached out and made our transition

much smoother.  Already we feel like we have "neighbors" we can call on and friends

we may develop over time.  Vermont is starting to feel more like home!
